Mondesic TechKnowledge, a Dubai based company that provides electronic content and a electronic library service is in need of a Marketing and Sales Support Associate.
Must be Degree holder in Marketing or related. Additional scientific background preferred.
Must be Arab national, Fluent in Arabic and English,
Minimum of 3 years professional experience (with contacts w/ Edu. sector preferred).
Responsibilities include:
*preparation and management of overall corporate marketing materials,
*research and map out new market opportunities,
*customer and competitor intelligence;
*create and manage mail out campaigns;
*support/organize conference/events;
*coordinate and support in house sales;
*prepare and translate sales proposals and templates, and pricing.
Responsible for providing comprehensive IT support to the unit including technical support, consultancy to various users, troubleshooting and maintenance services. Coordinates with Publishers helpdesk for support of all Clients services. Performs some or all of the duties listed below, as assigned.* Responsible for IT planning, systems implementation, administration and maintenance (In office).
* Provide technical support to Clients members and staff in microcomputer hardware and software.
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
* Evaluate unit IT requirements, coordinate with Publishers and Clients,
* Install, maintain and support the software required by Office/Client,
* Support technical needs of conferences/Workshops.
* May support the development and maintenance of Web sites.
* Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
Depending upon needs of the specific position, will be required to have some or all of the following knowledge and technical skills:
* Microsoft Office Suite
* PC Hardware and Peripherals
* PC Operating Systems and Application Software
* Client-Server Business Applications
* Familiarity with LAN/WAN networking protocols
* Microsoft Active Directory delegated domain administration
* Familiarity with CRM Solutions (Sales Force)
* Microsoft scripting languages
* Baccalaureate Degree/Higher Diploma in field appropriate to each specific position
* 2 years relevant experience
